Born in 2015 from Daniel Frei's home-kitchen homebrewing and turned into a community-owned company backed by some 1,300 shareholders, Brauerei Oerlikon is one of Zürich North's most inventive craft breweries. You drink where they brew, at the taproom on Thurgauerstrasse near the Oerlikerhus tram stop, with a rotating line of limited editions and guest taps.
