In Zürich's Niederdorf, Trattoria Sempre is the Bindella group's take on "Italian sharing": Venetian cicchetti, house-made pasta and polpette designed to be passed around the table. The playful, kitsch-cosy interiors were dreamed up by Zürich restaurateur Sami Khouri, and the mood is that of a loud, warm Italian family gathering.
