Azabu10 is chef Andrea Arcieri's modern omakase counter in Milan's Bicocca, opened after years as a head sushi chef in London. Two intimate counters of just nine seats are served simultaneously through a multi-course journey – think dry-aged fish, binchotan-grilled bites, sushi and sashimi – with a subtle Italian influence woven through.
