Zibo began in 2015 as a gourmet food truck by chefs Giulio Potestà and Alessandro Cattaneo, then dropped anchor in 2017 at Campo Base, a small room near the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio. It keeps its street-food soul with a take-away window and an ever-changing menu built around hand-made ravioli filled with the classics of Italian tradition.
