Opened in July 2022 in the centre of Champoluc, Eno-Therapy is an easy-going wine bar with a serious cellar: over 500 labels from more than 100 producers, spanning small Aosta Valley growers, big Italian names and French houses. Around thirty wines are poured by the glass each week, alongside valley cured meats and cheeses.
