Facing the Champoluc cable car in a traditional wood-and-stone chalet, Il Balivo is an osteria built on zero-kilometre Aosta Valley cooking. Owner-chef Andrea, cooking since he was fourteen, champions the local "Ayas a Km 0" network, with nearly everything homemade or sourced from valley breeders and farmers.
