Opened in 1966 by Vittorio and Bruna Cerea, Da Vittorio is one of Italy's temples of fine dining, run today by the Cerea family from a villa with a Relais & Châteaux in the Cantalupa hills of Brusaporto. It earned its first Michelin star in 1978, a second in 1996 and its third in 2010 – a tasting menu that blends Italian tradition with contemporary refinement, and hosts who move through the room like family.
