Opened in 2021 by Sardinian chef Andrea Cicu and Giacomo Sacchetti, Baratie takes its name from the floating restaurant in the manga One Piece. On Via Stendhal it pairs cocktail mixology with a modern-trattoria kitchen, built around 'cicurie' – small plates for aperitivo that grow into more structured dishes at dinner.
