Set in the former stable of the heritage-listed Alter Tobelhof farm on the Zürichberg, Chäsalp is the rustic Alpine hut locals head to for cheese. The menu runs to some 15 fondue variations – classic to garlic, truffle, apple or champagne – plus raclette, with lake and mountain views to match.
