Open under the name Dézaley since 1903, at the foot of the Grossmünster in Zürich's Old Town, Le Dézaley is Canton Vaud's outpost in German-speaking Switzerland. The whitewashed rooms serve traditional Vaudois and Swiss fare – cheese fondue from an age-old family recipe, rösti, sausages – paired with Chasselas wines from Lavaux and the Côte.
